Products purchased through ESD system have all the benefits of box products and come with no physical media. All the content is available via direct download and product licenses can be moved to new PCs or Macs immediately.

Switch is the First in Malaysia to use Microsoft’s ESD
As the ESD system is still new to Malaysia, it is important to note that as of now, Switch is the only retailer in the country selling product keys delivered through ESD.
Microsoft does not otherwise distribute products keys as standalone products. Non-genuine keys may not work for activation, or even if they work may still be blocked later if they are reported as stolen. Do note that The only way to get an official ESD product is to buy the actual SKU from an authorized ESD reseller.
