Sime Darby Property has launched the first phase of Elmina Green, the latest residential development at the award-winning City of Elmina. The development comprises 187 units of 20’ x 70’ double storey terrace homes with a built up area from 2,001 sq ft and above.
All homes feature an open-plan floor layout that combines the living, dining and kitchen areas to optimise the usage of space and for ease of movement, making it an ideal home for multigenerational living.
Offering freehold ownership, prices start from RM683,888 before Bumiputera discount and early signing rebate, with completion slated for October 2019.
The homes are fitted with sustainability and wellness features, such as the usage of stone wool insulation materials to provide a pleasant interior temperature. They also have large windows to allow ample natural light and better air ventilation.
In addition, low volatile organic compound (VOC) paint is used, to eradicate the release of toxic materials and other chemicals into the environment.
As added protection, security grilles are pre-installed with the home. The security grilles are designed to blend in with the home’s overall architecture. A basic home alarm system is also included.
Residents will enjoy access to an expansive 21-acre lake park and 5 acres of communal green space, for recreational and social activities. The development is also linked to jogging and cycling tracks, for a healthy lifestyle in a secure environment. The neighbourhood is also designed with cul-de-sacs for a safe and pedestrian friendly environment. Endangered forest tree species are also planted within the township to encourage biodiversity.
Sime Darby Property General Manager Appollo Leong said, “As developers in a modern and discerning property market, Sime Darby Property strives to be the leading developer of communities, neighbourhoods and homes with great value, meaning and emotional attachment. We extended this spirit once again in the development of Elmina Green phase 1.”
The estimated gross development value (GDV) for Elmina Green phase 1 is RM380 million. The development is located within the new Elmina Green precinct at the City of Elmina, a 5,000 acre freehold mixed development with an estimated total GDV of RM24.6 billion.
